EDIT 7/31/07: Thanks to =meemo I removed a bug in V1.1 which caused the pattern texture to appear wrong in CS3.

EDIT 6/27/07: Added Version 1.1 to the zip file which contains actions with a much better (realistic) polaroid frame and an additional Finisher action. You can still find the old action set in there, but I strongly recommend you the use of Version 1.1!
