Given 2013-07-20
Through a bridge of light and shadow built across the scene, double Exposure 05 by *rawimage is an engaging geometric composition. The piece makes fine use of double exposure to create an almost typographic abstract aesthetic. ( Featured by arctoa )

Sure, it feels like a kick in the junk when a simple looking composition gets more popular, than say a complex composition. Yet, simplicity itself is never a bad thing (Russian painter Kazimer Malevich is a good example). Simple or complex, all art has to follow the science philosophy of aesthetics, and this photograph followed them well.
Alas, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
